1. PRE-PRODUCTION

(i) Research & Development

• Image Analysis (Chosen Image, state reasons; Idea proposal, descriptions, sketches/images). (FROM DESIGN BOARD)
• Reference Analysis (Theme, civilization, colour scheme, props etc.; sketches and images). (FROM DESIGN BOARD)
• Development of Composition (Pre-development stage; can be sketches or photo manipulations of proposed composition).
• Buildings/Props Design & Development (Form, Color Studies etc.)
• Final Designs of Buildings/Props.
• Composition breakdown (Show how elements are arranged in layers). (FROM DESIGN BOARD)
• Proposed Final Composition (include modified version, in terms of colour scheme/time if there's any, along with brief explanations).
  

(ii) Effects Planning (Identify original image's light source; Added lighting; Added effects such as water ripple, smoke, reflections; etc.). (FROM DESIGN BOARD)

(iii) Concept Board (one whole page)

(iv) Potential Production Problems (List down and state reasons).

2. PRODUCTION

(i) 3D Elements

(ii) Camera Matching Process (Screenshot(s)).

3. POST-PRODUCTION

(i) Post Process (Compositing, Color Correction etc.).

1. DESCRIPTIONS ON EACH SECTIONS ARE MANDATORY.
2. BLACK MOUNTING BOARD FOR FRONT AND BACK COVERS.
3. SCRAP BOOK HAS TO BE BOUND (A4 SIZE, LANDSCAPE ORIENTATION).
4. WIRE-O BINDING (PREFERABLY WHITE).
5. EXTRA EFFORTS ON PRESENTATION WILL BE NOTED (e.g: FRONT BACK PLASTIC COVER, PAGE DIVIDER etc. etc.).
